    عملت عملية إزالة غضروف في أغسطس الماضي وتثبيت فقرات L4 L5 لكن أصبح ظهري لا ينفرد بشكل كاف وأيضا البرد يسبب لي تيبس وألم بسبب برودة المسامير فهل يمكن إزالتها
