    من الممكن استخدام كونسيرتا بوقت الاختبارات بالجرعات المنتظمه والخفيفه قصيره المدي وننصح لكي باستخدام كونسيرتا 18 ، ولا مانع من استخدام فيتامين ب 12 لكن في وقت آخر متباعد عن كونسرتا وننصح بالمتابعة مع الطبيب
