Which department to go to?

My son recently had a fall at school and injured his cheek. he had a big bruise and was in pain for a long time. Since the bruise has now disappeared I can see that the muscles in the cheeks have been affected as he now has a "dimple" and still hurts

This can be sequenced from the face trauma but I still suggest that you take him to a pediatrician to see him for evaluation to assure you
