Distonex and Ashwaganda

I want to know is it okay to take distonex and and ashwaganda together, in the same day? My doctor prescribed me to take ashwaganda 2 times, and then to take half a pill of dostinex every 4 days. Is it okay to take dostinex in same day as ashwaganda?
