      لا يستدعي نزول الطوارئ الا في حالة حدوث أعراض مثل زغللة بالعين صداع شديد ضيق بالتنفس ...ولكن يستدعي متابعة الضغط مع عمل جدول بالقياسات صباحا ومساءا ويفضل تثبيت الذراع المقاس منه وكذلك الجهاز مع الكشف الطبي الاكلينيكي وعمل الفحوصات اللازمة للاطمئنان
