Medical Description
Depression: PO Adults. Initially, 25-75 mg/day as a single dose at bedtime or in divided doses. May gradually increase up to 300 mg/day
Elderly. Initially, 10-25 mg at bedtime. May increase by 10-25 mg at weekly intervals. Range: 25-150 mg/day.
