Medical Description
Hypertension: PO 12.5-25 mg 2-3 times a day. After 1-2 wks, increase to 50 mg 2-3 times a day, maximum: 450 mg/day.
Congestive heart failure: 6.25-25 mg 3 times a day, increase to 50 mg 3 times a day, maximum: 450 mg/day.
