Medical Description
Hypertension: Initial: 0.5 mg once daily, 1st dose preferably given at bedtime. Maintenance: 1-2 mg once daily up to 4 mg/day
Post myocardial infarction: Initial: 0.5 mg once daily to be started 3 days after infarction. Max: 4 mg once daily.
