Medical Description
Thrombocythemia secondary to myeloproliferative disorders: POAdults, Elderly. Initially, 0.5 mg 4 times a day or 1 mg twice a day.increasing by up to 0.5 mg/day or less in any 1 wk. Maximum: 10 mg/day or 2.5 mg/dose.
