Dosage & Administration
Dosage is decided by your doctor.
Hypertension: 80 mg once daily. may be increased to 160 mg once daily, Max: 320 mg/day.
Heart failure Initial: 40 mg Twice a day, may be increased up to 160 mg twice a day, may be increased after at least 2 weeks interval. Max: 320 mg/day
Side Effects
Some of the following side effects may occur:
Cough.
Diarrhea or constipation.
Dizziness or lightheadedness.
Erection problems.
Feeling nervous.
Feeling tired, weak, drowsy, or a lack of energy.
Headache.
Nausea or vomiting.
