Advanced renal cell carcinoma, and gastrointestinal stromal tumor
Dosage: The capsules are available in the following dosages: 12.5, 25, 50 mg. The recommended dose is 50 mg once daily. In some cases, maximum of 87.5 mg and minimum of 37.5 mg.
