Medical Description
Used to manage hyperthyroidism which is due to an overactive thyroid gland (Grave's disease).
Dosage: 300 mg/day in 3 equally divided doses (8-hour intervals). Severe or very large goiters: Initial: 400 mg/day. Maintenance dose: 50 - 150 mg per day.
