Medical Description
Severe nausea or vomiting: PO 10-25 mg q4-6h, IM 25 mg; may repeat 25-50 mg q3-4h as needed. Then switch to oral.
Psychotic disorders: PO 75-800 mg/day 3-4 divided doses.
Intractable hiccups: PO, IM 25-50 mg PO 3 times a day.
