Medical Description
For the treatment of Rhinitis and Sinusitis 1 or 2 drops twice daily
Indication & Usage
Prisoline Eye/Nasal Drops are indicated for the temporary relief of allergic symptoms affecting the eyes and nose, including:
Allergic conjunctivitis (redness, itching, tearing)
Allergic rhinitis
Nasal congestion due to allergy or common cold
Irritation caused by dust, smoke, pollen, or environmental allergens

Dosage & Administration
Eye
Instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) up to 3–4 times daily.
Nose
Instill 1–2 drops into each nostril up to 2–3 times daily
Do not use for more than 3–5 days consecutively
Side Effects
Local:
Mild burning or stinging
Dryness of eyes or nose
Temporary blurred vision (eye use)
Nasal irritation or sneezing
Systemic (rare):
Drowsiness (chlorpheniramine-related)
Increased blood pressure or palpitations (naphazoline-related)
Headache
Safety Advice
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to chlorpheniramine, naphazoline, or any component
Narrow-angle glaucoma (eye use)
Severe hypertension or cardiovascular disease (nasal use)
Children < 6 years (unless directed by a physician)
Precautions
Do not exceed recommended dose
Avoid prolonged use (risk of rebound congestion)
Use cautiously in patients with hypertension, diabetes, hyperthyroidism
Avoid contact lens use during eye treatment
May cause drowsiness—avoid driving if affected
Storage
Store below 25°C
Protect from light
Keep bottle tightly closed
Drug Interactions
MAO inhibitors → increased risk of hypertension
CNS depressants (sedatives, alcohol) → increased drowsiness
Other sympathomimetics → increased cardiovascular effects
Pregnancy & Lactation
Pregnancy: Use only if clearly needed and for short duration
Lactation: Use with caution; antihistamines may cause infant drowsiness and decongestants may reduce milk supply
