Medical Description
Mild to moderate infections:IV Adults, Elderly. 50-100 mg/kg/day in divided doses q6h. Maximum: 4 g/day
Eye Infections: 2 drops q3h. Treatment should be continued for at least 48 hours after eye appears normal.
