Dosage & Administration
The patient takes the dose once daily, which is determined according to the weight as follows:
From 15-24 kg: 3 mg per day
From 25-35 kg: 6 mg per day
From 36-50 kg: 9 mg per day
From 51-65 kg: 12 mg per day
From 66-79 kg: 15 mg per day
Greater than 80 kg: 200 mcg/kg
