Schizophrenia, Psychosis
PO
Moderate disease, 0.5-2 mg q8-12hr initially
Severe disease, 3-5 mg q8-12hr initially; not to exceed 30 mg/day
IM
2-5 mg q4-8hr PRN; may require q1hr in acute agitation; not to exceed 20 mg/day
