Medical Description
Hypertension: PO 2.5-5 mg/day. Range: 10-40 mg/day in 1-2 doses.Children 0.08 mg/kg/day (up to 5 mg) in 1-2 doses. Max 40 mg.
Adjunctive therapy for congestive heart failure: PO 2.5-5 mg/day. Range: 5-20 mg/day in 2 doses. Max 40 mg/day in 2 doses
