Medical Description
Hypertension: PO Adults, Elderly. 50 mg once a day. If no control, may increase dosage to 50 mg twice a day (max dose).
Congestive heart failure following MI: PO 25 mg once a day. If tolerated, titrate up to 50 mg once a day within 4 wks.
