Medical Description
Angina: PO 30 mg 4 times a day, to 180-360 mg/day in 3-4 doses at 1-2 day intervals, SR 120-180 mg/day; titrate over 7-14 days
Hypertension: PO SR 180-240 mg once a day, increase at 2-wk intervals. Maintenance 240-360 mg/day
Max: 480 mg once a day
