Diamonrecta 5 mg - 30 Tablets

Used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Dosage: 10-20 mg, depending on response.

10 mg PO initially before sexual activity, with or without food; may be increased to 20 mg or reduced to 5 mg on basis of efficacy and tolerability; in most patients, maximum dosing frequency is once daily Once-daily use: 2.5 mg/day PO in single daily dose, without regard to timing of sexual activity, with or without food; may be increased to 5 mg/day on basis of efficacy and tolerability

Headache, flushing, or dizziness may occur. Vision changes such as increased sensitivity to light, blurred vision, or trouble telling blue and green colors apart may also occur. 

Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: heart problems (such as heart attack or life-threatening irregular heartbeat in the past 6 months, chest pain/angina, heart failure), stroke in the past 6 months, kidney disease (dialysis), liver disease, high or low blood pressure, a severe loss of body water (dehydration), penisconditions (such as angulation, fibrosis/scarring, Peyronie's disease),
