Medical Description
Malignant melanoma:IV 2-4.5 mg/kg/day for 10 days, repeated q4wk; or 250 mg/m2/day for 5 days, repeated q3wk.
Hodgkin's disease:IV 150 mg/m2/day for 5 days, repeated q4wk; or 375 mg/m2 once, repeated every 15 days (as combination therapy)
