Medical Description
Parkinsonism: PO 0.5-6 mg/day, titrate by 0.5 mg at 5 to 6 day intervals
Drug-induced extrapyramidal symptoms: PO, IM 1-4 mg once or twice a day.
Acute dystonic reactions: IM,IV 1-2 mg; then 1-2 mg PO twice a day.
