"Dosage for acute spasmodic pain adults are given 1-2 ampoules depend on severity (single dose 20-40/max dose 100mg); children aged 6 and over and adolescents are given 0.3-0.6 mg /kg(max daily dose 1.5 mg/kg) Injection can be IM;IV;SC."

-Common: Drowsiness , dizziness, xerostomia , agitation , confusion, visual impairment , mydriasis pharyngitis. -Less common: Decreased gastrointestinal motility, urinary retention, blurred vision.

-Alcohol (Ethyl): CNS Depressants may enhance the CNS depressant effect of Alcohol (Ethyl). -Clozapine: Anticholinergic Agents may enhance the constipating effect of Clozapine. -Gastrointestinal Agents (Prokinetic): Anticholinergic Agents may diminish the therapeutic effect of Gastrointestinal Agents (Prokinetic)
