Medical Description
Hypertension: PO Adults, 8 mg once daily, maybe increased to 16 mg/day, Maximum: 32 mg/day
Heart failure: PO Adults, Elderly. Initially 4 mg once daily. Target dose of 32 mg once daily can be reached by doubling dose approximately every 2 wks.
