Medical Description
Alzheimer's disease: PO 5-10 mg/day as a single dose. If initial dose is 5 mg, do not increase to 10 mg for 4-6 wks, moderate to severe AD, receiving 10 mg/day for at least 3 mo, a dose of 23 mg/day may be used, if needed.
