مضاد للالتهابات: 0.75-9 مجم/اليوم في جرعات مقسمة كل6-12 س الغثيان والقيء:وريد 8-20 مجم مرة واحدة ثم 4 مجم (بالفم) كل4-6 ساعات الحالات الالتهابية العينية: 2 قطرة/ساعة في الصباح و 2 ساعة ليلاً لمدة يوم واحد ، ثم قطرة واحدة كل 4 ساعة ، ثم 3-4 مرات / يوم
